Revan was quick to attack, and it nearly caught Bastila off guard, but she managed to stand her ground. The two exchanged blows again and again as the duel raged on. The ruby and amber blades smashed against each other with enough force to cleave a man in half, yet neither made any ground on the other.

She found his style strange. They were fighting on an even field. He could have simply used his Force powers to weaken her right off the bat, yet he held back. He wasn't trying to kill her, not yet.

He was playing with her. To him, she was nothing more than sport. Bastila could feel the way he looked down, and it only fueled her abilities further. Reaching down again, she held out a hand and tried to stun him with the Force just long enough to gain an advantage.

End of turn.

Revan smiled behind his emotionless mask, as the woman attempted to fight him. She was a powerful Jedi - but she was a Jedi, and that was why she would fail against a Sith. She was a worthy opponent for a less potent man, and perhaps worthy game for Revan.

Revan reached out his hand, pushing the Jedi back in response. He could feel the temptation to release pure Force energy from his fingertips, but he couldn't end the fight now. It would be a waste.

But eventually, she would die all the same.

End turn.

Malak arrived on his bridge from the shuttle and glowered through the viewport on the Leviathan's bridge at Revan's ship beyond. "Gunners, target the bridge of the flagship. The Jedi have taken control of it."

One of the fleet admirals (Revan often stuck Malak with them when not engaged in his pointless strategizing) howled in protest, "But m'lord, what of Lord Revan--?"

The Sith turned to the admiral, and raised his hand toward the belligerent officer. There was a slight shimmer in the air as Malak channeled his Dark powers... and then squeezed his fist shut. The officer gasped and attempted to cry out in pain as an invisible serpent crushed his entire body. Blood shot from his nose, ears, and mouth as a strangled, soundless cry tried to escape him. Another moment passed, and with the sickening sound of bone cracking and crumpling like paper, Malak released his lethal grip. What remained of the admiral in charge fell into a nearly amorphous blob on the deck.

"Commodore Karath, you are now my admiral," hissed the Sith Lord to another officer, this one in a less elaborate uniform. "Open fire on the bridge with all batteries."

End of turn.

The bridge was empty, save for the three remaining Jedi, Bastila and Revan. The other Jedi closed in behind her, all preparing to engage the Sith Lord at once, but the battle was over before they could even act.

A huge explosion blinded Bastila's sight as the entire ship shook violently around them. Whoever had attacked the ship had stuck a worthy hit, but there was more damage than she imagined. Although she was relieved to see all her allies alive, she saw one body that was not standing.

Revan lay on the ground before them, limp and obviously unconscious. Bastila could barely believe the turn of events, but didn't dare question it and moved to react immediately.

"Quickly, grab hold of him! Get him back to the shuttle, before he awakens! We must bring him to the council!" she barked. The others leaped into action, picking up the Sith Lord and carefully carrying him back toward the hangar.

They met little resistance along the way as the remaining Sith forces fled from the ship, now under heavy attack. The ship wouldn't survive, and unless they hurried, neither would the Jedi. To their amazement, their shuttle was still in one piece upon their arrival, and they managed to escape just in the nick of time.

"General Shan, what is your status?" came the voice from a Republic soldier over the comm.

"We have succeeded, Captain. Revan will no longer be a threat to the Galaxy. Order your men to retreat and return to a safe port. The Jedi and I must return to the council and report on our success."

"Gladly," he responded. "And not a moment too soon."

The council would be thrilled to hear of their result, but even more surprised to learn of the capture of Revan. The plan they bestowed on Bastila was a risky one, but she managed to pull it off. Now came the truly hard part.

After all, how can you make a Sith Lord forget who he is?

End of turn.
